
Biography
Dr. Bullocks is a Plastic Surgeon who specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures of the breast, face, and body. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, during which time he participated in extensive research breast oncology at the Lombardi Cancer Center. Dr. Bullocks earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and cum laude. He then completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. After residency, he became a member of the full-time faculty as Assistant Professor in the Michael E. Debakey Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery. He has contributed extensive peer-reviewed reviewed publications to the plastic surgery literature and is an author of many book chapters in the field. Currently, he is the Director and Chief of the Plastic Surgery Department at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, Texas. He continues to teach residents and medical students under his appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
