Biography

Dr. Christopher M. Bono, MD is associate professor of orthopaedic surgery at Harvard Medical School and chief of spine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. In more than 15 years of practice, he has had extensive experience in spinal surgery. He has served as the President of NASS (2015-2016), held leadership positions in many other societies, authored more than 150 papers and 100 book chapters, and edited multiple textbooks. He is a Deputy Editor for JAAOS and is past Deputy Editor for The Spine Journal.
