Biography

Dr. Kris Radcliff is a fellowship-trained spinal surgeon who holds the title of Associate Professor in orthopedic surgery and neurological surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Radcliff specializes in minimally invasive spinal reconstruction procedures and artificial disk replacement. Prior to joining the Rothman Institute, he attended undergraduate education at Harvard University and medical school at Duke University. He completed his residency at Baylor University and then did a fellowship in spine and spinal cord injury at Thomas Jefferson.

Dr. Radcliff is an international expert with 61 peer-reviewed publications to which he has contributed, 22 textbook chapters on diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions, and numerous research awards. He regularly lectures at national and international meetings on spinal surgery, is Chairman of the North American Spine Society Young Surgeons Forum, and is a Board Member of the Association for Collaborative Spinal Research. Dr. Radcliff is a member of the Cervical Spine Research Society, Society for Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery, and Lumber Spine Research Society. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery.
